On-Site Project Manager
Responsibilities include:
Act as Complete Roofing’s primary point-of-contact for the homeowner/property owner during their day of installation.
Model leadership for crew foremen to ensure crew safety and quality standards. Advise crews from project start to completion to clean-up.
Ensure roof installations are completed in accordance with the client’s signed agreement.
Be familiar with roofing related building codes and their proper application.
Field questions from property owner about project issues and direction.
Communicate with suppliers and vendors to ensure smooth and accurate material requisitions.
Conduct post-installation inspections and document with photos and mobile applications.
Take advantage of the autonomy of this role while demonstrating troubleshooting and creative problem solving.

Qualifications:
Previous experience leading teams to achieve goals.
Ability to manage multiple projects with many tasks.
Availability to work long hours when required to finish installation.
Valid driver's license and clean DMV record (Company vehicle will be provided)
Compensation and Benefits: Total compensation valued at $92,720
4-day work week
$46,000 Base Salary
Performance bonuses and incentives (~$13,500)
