Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities include:

  • Make a bold and professional impression as Complete Roofing first contact with potential clients.

  • Present Complete Roofing’s value proposition and book appointments with our Roof Consultants.

  • Explain the value of our inspections for determining a property’s qualification for roof replacement through insurance.

  • Challenge objections with care and professionalism.

  • Identify neighborhoods that are a good fit for our system.

  • Demonstrate creative problem solving.

  • Embody the character of a leader and live out our core values.

  • Strive to shatter the client’s expectations for how professional a roofing company can be.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to be on your feet for long periods in various outdoor environs.

  • Ability to communicate clearly and adapt presentation to your audience

  • Clean criminal record.


Compensation and Benefits: Total compensation valued at $82,790

  • No weekend work

  • $22,000 Base Salary

  • $45,500 Average Commission

  • Fuel stipend ($4,160)

  • Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance (85% paid by employer, annual benefit value of $6,900)
