Sales Development Representative
Responsibilities include:
Make a bold and professional impression as Complete Roofing first contact with potential clients.
Present Complete Roofing’s value proposition and book appointments with our Roof Consultants.
Explain the value of our inspections for determining a property’s qualification for roof replacement through insurance.
Challenge objections with care and professionalism.
Identify neighborhoods that are a good fit for our system.
Demonstrate creative problem solving.
Embody the character of a leader and live out our core values.
Strive to shatter the client’s expectations for how professional a roofing company can be.
Qualifications:
Ability to be on your feet for long periods in various outdoor environs.
Ability to communicate clearly and adapt presentation to your audience
Clean criminal record.
Compensation and Benefits: Total compensation valued at $82,790
No weekend work
$22,000 Base Salary
$45,500 Average Commission
Fuel stipend ($4,160)
